Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. What You’re Buying
When you purchase That Clicked you receive lifetime access to the course content available at the time of purchase, plus any new modules added in the future, at no extra charge.
“Lifetime access” means for the lifetime of the That Clicked product. In the unlikely event that That Clicked is discontinued, we will provide at least 90 days notice and you will be able to download all module content as PDFs before the service ends.
2. Payment
That Clicked is a one-off payment of $67 (or the price shown at checkout). There are no subscriptions, renewals, or hidden charges. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with That Clicked within 14 days of purchase, email us at hello@thatclicked.com and we will refund your payment in full, no questions asked. After 14 days we are unable to offer refunds.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Your account is for your personal use only — please do not share your login with others. We reserve the right to close accounts that appear to be shared.
5. Our Content
All content on That Clicked — including module text, prompts, Anna’s notes, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of That Clicked. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any That Clicked content without written permission.
You may use the prompts in your own work — that is the whole point. You may not republish them as your own course or product.
6. What We Promise
We will maintain access to That Clicked and update it with new content from time to time. We aim to respond to support emails within 5 working days.
7. What We Don’t Promise
That Clicked provides education and prompts — not professional advice. The content is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Always consult appropriate professionals for significant decisions.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved under US law.
